MUGLER offers a complimentary return service within 30 days of receiving your order, provided items are in their original condition with all security tags and packaging intact. Please note that personalized items and sealed beauty products that have been opened are not eligible for return.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your MUGLER account or access the 'Track My Order' page to select the items you wish to return and generate your pre-paid shipping label.

• 2.
  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original designer packaging and secure them inside the original shipping box to ensure maximum protection during transit.

• 3.
  Dispatch the Shipment

  Affix the pre-paid return label to the outside of the box and drop it off at your nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a complimentary collection.

• 4.
  Quality Check and Refund

  Once our atelier verifies the condition of the returned items, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
